1. Tea
I am a huge tea fan.
I drink it during the day at work (this Orange Spice is my new favorite), it keeps me warm and helps me stay hydrated.
Before bed I also make it a habit to have a relaxing cup of “bedtime” tea to help relax and get my body ready for a good night's sleep.
2. Humidifier
I keep this little guy on my bedside table and have it running each night.
It helps keep my sinuses clear and helps me sleep better.
3. Essential Oils
I’m no expert on all of the benefits of using essential oils, but I do love to diffuse Eucalyptus or Lavender every night - using my humidifier (number 2 above)!
If nothing else, it helps me relax :)
4. Audible
Does anyone else have a commute?
Audible has saved my sanity when sitting in traffic.
I actually look forward to my drive home when I can listen to my book.

Along those same lines, moisturizer is a must.
Your skin craves moisture.
I recommend this gem, also from Trader Joe's.
